-poster session on the 10th (moses has this), need abstracts by the 6th, to
be compiled and sent to Claudia. 375, then posters can be moved to reading
room
-will need extra snacks for this.
-watch out for the grad student open house: 3rd (BBQ)
-for the open house BBQ, there will be dept-sponsored vouchers, and we'll be
reimbursed if we write down their orders
-cal day: panel, table, talk to dude about demos, bill likes large and meat.
