| minutes | Harold didn't show up, so Mark called the meeting to order at 5:11.
First thing on the agenda: Costco run this week. We need people to drive and to decide on a time.
Glendon can drive and Travis Wong and Rachna.
The run will be 5-9 this Tuesday.
Other people going are Sassoon, Melissa, Zack.
BBQ Friday at 12. The following people can certainly work:
11-12: Pat, Melissa, Paul, Mark, Rachna
12- 1: lots of people
2-onwards: lots of people.
Finally: officer bonding this Sunday, further details will be sent out via email.
Current (outgoing) officers need to get their leaving letters to Mark by the end of the week.
